Headset Setup

SETTING UP THE TRANSMITTERS AND STARTING THE AUDIO:

1. Set up the three transmitters simply by plugging them into power points.
2. Each of the three transmitters must be switched to a separate channel. These switches can be found at the back and must be either set to “A”, “B”, “C” or “D” respectively.
3. Connect the transmitters via the AUX cords provided to your three respective audio devices. Devices must have an AUX port connection in order to play music.
4. Start to play music on these devices and ensure that the volume on your sources are turned up fully.
5. Once successfully connected, the blue LED lighting at the front of the transmitter should correspond with the audio levels of the music playing through that device.

OPERATING THE HEADSETS:

1. Unfold the headsets from their resting position.
2. To turn the headsets on by sliding the on switch located at the bottom of the headset. The LED lights of the headset will illuminate.
3. Ensure that the volume on the headset is turned up.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- DON’T use two or more transmitters on the same channel – they will not work
- DON’T use equipment near other wireless devices including radio mics, transmitters etc. Frequencies can interfere and result in distorted or no signal
- DON’T use the same account on different devices if using Spotify. The app will not allow you to play music on different devices if using the same account.

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS:

- NO AUDIO / MUSIC?
o Check your source of music or device is working and connected correctly, playing music with the volume turned up. Ensure that the AUX connection is fully plugged in and not impeded by things such as a phone case.
o Try a different device or AUX cable
o Ensure that the receivers/headphones are switched on, connected to the correct channel and have the volume turned up.

- SIGNAL CUTS OUT, INTERFERENCE OR REDUCED RANGE?
o Ensure there is no interference caused by other wireless equipment in the vicinity
o If using 2 or more transmitters simultaneously make sure each is on different channels (frequencies). You cannot use 2 transmitters on the same channel in the same place ever. They will cancel each other out, resulting in little or no signal
